At Snapmaker, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and modules. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all original accessories, tools, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
